My name is Danny Holloway, and for more than 30 years I have been building, remodeling, and developing homes for people who value quality, integrity, and long-term craftsmanship. Building isn’t just my profession—it’s what I live for.

I don’t begin each day focused on profit. I begin it focused on growth—improving myself, honoring God, serving others, and continually refining my building skills. After framing is complete, I personally schedule a walk-through with you to explain structural elements and confirm electrical, technology, and lifestyle needs. This is a critical stage where your home begins to reflect how you truly live—and it’s the best time to ask questions, make refinements, and feel confident moving forward.

At signing, you will receive organized, professional documentation designed to protect your investment and ensure success, including:

• Home Plans – Clearly defining the vision and layout of your home
• Contract – Establishing firm pricing, scope, and terms
• Detailed Scope of Work – Clearly outlining materials and workmanship for both client and builder protection
• Selection & Allowance Sheet – Giving you control over fixtures, appliances, and finish selections
• Detail Drawings – Ensuring the project is constructed accurately and intentionally
• One (1) Year Limited Warranty – Providing long-term peace of mind
